Sarah graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Occupational Science in 2011 and Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2013 from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU). She has been a practicing Occupational Therapist (OT) for 10 years. Sarah joined Hand and Microsurgery Associates (HMA) immediately after graduation in 2013. She worked at HMA for 3 years before becoming a traveling therapist, in which she traveled the United States providing hand therapy. Sarah passed the HTCC Board exam to become a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2018 and returned to HMA in 2020. Her career interests include treating complicated traumatic injuries, dry needling, & wound care.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys bourbon hunting, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats (GO CATS!!), hiking, reading, traveling, & spending time with her Husband, Brian, & two Standard Poodles, Luna and Raven.
